Moving to the v3 tiers All Tiers
What happens to an existing Solo or Pro license when PairCoder moves to Free, Team and Enterprise.
What changed
PairCoder now has three tiers: Free ($0), Team ($39 per seat per month, starting at one seat) and Enterprise (quoted). There is no separate Solo or Pro tier. A single developer who wants the paid features buys one Team seat.
Where your license lands

| Pro, monthly or standard | Team, one seat | The price drops from $79 to $39 per month. Agentic orchestration (multi-agent dispatch) is included in Team. Fleet operations is an add-on; we will email you the terms before your license changes. |
| Pro, founder | Enterprise, founder-locked | Your founder terms are kept. Agentic orchestration and fleet operations are both included. |
| Solo, founder | Team, founder-locked | Your founder terms are kept. Agentic orchestration is included in Team. Fleet operations is an add-on, included only if you bought it. |
| Any other Solo license | Free | Free covers the core workflow, enforcement gates, GitHub, MCP and the timer. |
What you need to do
We reissue each license ourselves and email you the new one. Your data and configuration stay as they are. Then complete these two steps:

Install the emailed license file:
bpsai-pair license install <path-to-emailed-license.json> -
Confirm your tier:
bpsai-pair license status
